Planners focus on income tax planning opportunities

A recent Wall Street Journal article discusses how estate planning after the 2013 changes and the American Taxpayer Relief Act has to address income tax planning. Part of the shift is due to the fact that fewer Americans will be faced with a “death” tax and part of the focus is due to the various new brackets created under ATRA. In the upcoming weeks, we will be providing our clients with some useful information to help understand the issues and the potential solutions. MWR

HOW TO GET TO OUR OFFICE:

From the South: Follow I-25 North past C470 to exit 199 for Belleview East, following off the exit to the right. At the third light (Ulster), turn right. Ulster turns into Prentice, and the Edward Building is on the right, which is the southwest corner.

From the North: Follow I-25 South to exit 199 for Belleview east. Turn left at the bottom of the exit onto Belleview. At the third light (Ulster) turn right. Ulster turns into Prentice, and the Edward Building is on the right, which is the southwest corner.
