We provide advice regarding lien claims, subrogation claims, contract terms and preparation, and dispute resolution. We represent some of the largest and most recognized contractors in Colorado. Our construction law clients value our knowledge of this particular area of law and our familiarity with litigation of liens and subrogation claims. From the filing of a lien to litigation or arbitration over a multi-million dollar claim, we are prepared to successfully handle the construction claim.

We are also experienced in the area of SURETY LAW. Partner Douglas Colville leads this area of the practice, and has represented surety companies in complex surety and construction disputes for nearly 20 years.

HOW TO GET TO OUR OFFICE:

From the South: Follow I-25 North past C470 to exit 199 for Belleview East, following off the exit to the right. At the third light (Ulster), turn right. Ulster turns into Prentice, and the Edward Building is on the right, which is the southwest corner.

From the North: Follow I-25 South to exit 199 for Belleview east. Turn left at the bottom of the exit onto Belleview. At the third light (Ulster) turn right. Ulster turns into Prentice, and the Edward Building is on the right, which is the southwest corner.
