When shareholders or principals in a business can not agree on the direction of their business, they are often well-advised to consult an attorney regarding their rights and duties. We represent shareholders and companies in disputes regarding these rights and duties.

We are effective attorneys in this area because of our litigation experience and knowledge, and because of our approach to these disputes. We recognize that often disputes between principals are based on resolvable philosophical differences, and we often serve a dispute resolution capacity in such disputes. When problems cannot be worked out promptly, we stand ready to prosecute and defend such disputes as necessary. Shareholders may neglect their duty of care toward shareholders under their control, and officers and directors may forget their obligations to protect minority interests. At the same time, minority shareholders cannot dictate the direction of a business when their concerns are simply philosophical disputes with company principals.

From the South: Follow I-25 North past C470 to exit 199 for Belleview East, following off the exit to the right. At the third light (Ulster), turn right. Ulster turns into Prentice, and the Edward Building is on the right, which is the southwest corner.

From the North: Follow I-25 South to exit 199 for Belleview east. Turn left at the bottom of the exit onto Belleview. At the third light (Ulster) turn right. Ulster turns into Prentice, and the Edward Building is on the right, which is the southwest corner.
